I really enjoy photographing dogs and I find it very similar to working with toddlers, you can only start photographing them when they are ready and their attention span is limited. I now offer the option to work here in my studio our out and about using local locations. I’m bursting with new ideas and backdrops for my dog portraits.
My photography background all across Teesside is mainly people led, shooting either weddings, children, family or corporate portraits. I’ve always been a dog person, our pooch is now thirteen and she’s a huge part of our family. At home we have portraits of our children, but we didn’t have a framed portrait of Ruby. So three years ago I set about photographing her in my studio and now we have a beautiful chunky framed black and white print that has pride of place in our living room.
When friends and family seen Ruby’s frame I was then asked to photograph their dogs, these have been mainly on location and now dog portraits are a big part of what I do. Take a look at the options above and book your dog portrait photographs today. Following your shoot we will arrange a private viewing and ordering session here at my studio in Norton Village, in the heart of Teesside and look at the wide range of products we have available to purchase which best showcase your images.
