I’m not a landscape photographer and I don’t have a style.  I’m inspired by my surroundings and I interpret each scene as I see and feel it in the moment…

I am a professional photographer, and my studio is on Norton High Street. I’m constantly searching the area for inspiration and the lockdowns have provided me with a number of unique image opportunities. I’ve obviously created them without compromising myself or my family. I’ve also stayed within government guidelines.  My aesthetic is based on my love of the subject and location.

I am fortunate to live in the most amazing village and love nothing more than getting out on foot and opening my eyes to my surroundings, as well as capturing some classic views. My images reveal a little bit of the less obvious, hidden scenes – things that people might otherwise just walk by. The way I see the world around me is constantly evolving and I believe that one of the joys of photography is that it forces me to open my eyes, to develop my vision and to keep searching for ways to express that.

The colours and tones will print beautifully and you’ll appreciate my images more than on your computer screen. There’s nothing better than scrolling through beautiful images online, but actually there is. In my opinion, an image is not complete until it’s a print.  The team I’ve partnered with have over 40 years of professional printing experience and they are very passionate about the process of print.
