You need train your brain to be in the moment. When you are being mindful, you will be able to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. Take ten minutes at the start of your day for YOU and only YOU. Deep breaths to compose yourself and be thankful for everything. Take a snapshot of each moment in your mind, and really enjoy all the work that has gone into your special day. Set aside some mindful time throughout the whole of your day.
